Sadly i must announce that a friend of wealden horse rescue has passed away.
the late Doris Ford and her family have been very supportive of our efforts, and have even donated the flower money from her funeral to help us continue to rescue horses and ponies .
we offer our grateful thanks and sincere wishes at this time.

Dollar, our newest horse is making great progress. his locking stifles are all but cured. with the exhaustive efforts of the team at WHRC he is now sharing a paddock with our other youngster toby and is growing at a rate of knots.thanks to all you people who have helped with costs and given your time to get this little trotter back on the right path.
